I want to say yes, but I'm sure the definition of a species includes the ability to procreate, which neither can do without the other (or the help of science).

There's some speculation that the Y chromosome is gradually accumulating errors meaning that men will eventually become extinct. Although in theory women would go extinct as well in that case, there's a possibility that a few sexless individuals - currently considered 'abnormal' - could be the future of the species. It's a given that men and women carry essentially the same genes and are almost indistinguishable other than the expression of their genes. Indeed, there's no scientifically valid test for sex (an issue in sex discriminating sports). Also, the concept of a species is itself mere semantics. If no individuals ever died then there would be a continuous chain of extant animals linking you to every other animal and no concept of a species at all. The species we see today are simply those that haven't gone extinct.
