People vote not to be governed by one or more parties they dislike, and the party with the least hatred gets to run shop :P This should decrease voter apathy (hate is a great motivator) as well as eliminating the dominance of the two-party system that Britain has, since a (non)vote for minority parties is now likely to achieve something. This also opens up voting for more than one party if you think more than one has good policies. |
